Based in Bellaghy, Northern Ireland, Seaview Developments Ltd is a family run Construction Business specialising in high quality residential projects varying from Multi-House type developments to churches and opulent private residences.

Seaview Developments Ltd was established by James Woulahan who has over 40 years experience in the Building Industry. During his working life he has been responsible for the construction of numerous high specification buildings. For example he has constructed Churches in Glenravel, Carnlough, Dunaheady, Lenadoon and Adam Street Gospel hall in Belfast. As part of Seaview Developments he remains a very integral part of the management team. He works closely with his sons Seamus and Sean who are Contracts Managers and have over 20 years experience in the industry.
